It is not often that I find a story where the billionaire hero is not ALPHA. Throughout this story Chance showed great vulnerability in his feelings and the expression of them to Regina. Now Regina stressed me at times but it was clear she was inexperienced in men. She held out hope that George would have a change of heart that she could not see the truth. But she did and we have a very happy ending! BTW Chance was adorable!

First off this is the first book in the series, which I had to check to make sure. Because you are dropped into the story, as if you are reading the start of book 2. Chance is suppose to be a billionaire, how in the world he made his money with him being a weak male, I'll never know. Regina hides her son, hides him so well that the file Chance's right hand man Rick compiles has no mention of him. Regina falls for the lies Chance feeds her. When the truth is tossed into her face, she still goes back to him. Even when Chance admits to having what would be an affair, because their time apart effected him so greatly. Regina believes all the lies the father of her son tells her, until it also blows up in her face. Enter Chance again, this time to save Regina's little family. The ending of the story is just so cheesy, it's laughable. The story is so slow at the beginning, then you think it's going to speed up but nope. It's still slow. Could have been a great story but for the fact the characters lack everything.

1.00 Worse story I ever listened to. Anna Starr, the narrator, read in a monotone for most of the book. Calling words... But, the author's pathetic dialogue may have accounted for the narrators ineffectiveness, the conversation between the characters was stiff and too polite for casual conversation. Chance wanted to enter into a meaningful and long lasting relationship because his best friend had gotten married; thus, Chance looks for a potential wife. But Chance Bennett never dissolve his on again off again relationship with Fiona, she had uninhibited access to his home-and she used it. Rick was challenged with the responsibility of finding Chance's ideal mate and he found Regina King to be the woman most ideally suited for Chance. They enjoy a couple to nice dates, share a passionate kiss before Regina's friend reveals Chance's true identity. They make up after Chance is able to convenience Regina that Fiona means nothing to him. Then comes the forced drama .The woman scorned , Fiona, and Regina's the ex-husband and child. I hate stories with forced drama and forced resolutions and this story has both: at 85% she and Chance were making love, at 89% she was about to make love to her ex, at 92% Regina finds out her ex is engaged to another lady, at the 93% mark, Chance returns which represents the day following Regina's and his night of love making. She almost screwed her ex within hours of having Chance. I was too through. But, by the end, Chance and Regina and Oscar, her son, were a happy family. Unreal!

Things that make you say hmmThe story was nice and packaged but some things were just off and incomplete. Chance was an ok character but the perplexing part was the Fiona relationship. Regina to had good qualities but yet came off airy. Thus the joining of the two seem off. Oscar was adorable add and highly appreciated, as well as Stacey as a great friend.

I try to write a review to let other readers understand the stars I gave in the review. Especially when those stars are so low. I didn't hate this book but I really didn't think it was more than an ok book. Hence the two star rating. When I see the word Billionaire in a title I instantly expect to find an alpha/dominate male. I expect to read a story of struggling with love and a long period of time of acceptance of a relationship. I didn't expect to start the first chapter with feeling like I missed a book somewhere. (I actually looked to see if this was in fact book 1). There were many contradictions in what was going on versus what was being said. Other situations such as when the ex came to visit and his current fiance showed up out of the blue made me wonder how did the woman find him and how did she get in the house? I guess what I am trying to say is that it wasn't anything like I was expecting and that is not in a good thing. I picked up and put it back down so many times but finished it just so I could get it done. How can a woman who claims to have her son as the most important part of her life, not acknowledge he exists until so far into the book? How can she go from being scared for Chance to walk him to the park and then tell him yes to getting married? While I like the general concept of the story, I believe that the actual development was lacking. Overall, the contradictions, inconsistencies with reality, and lack of realism is why I gave a two star rating. If you like a book that is more fairy tale than real then this would be a book for you.

This book was definitely not what I was expecting, but still a good story. Chance is a billionaire that, after seeing his best friend happily married off, decides he wants what his friend has and he wants it now. He enlists his assistant to find him the perfect woman for him. After the computer provides him the "answer" him and his assistant then set out a "chance meeting" so that he can get to know his perfect woman, and she can get to know him. He keeps his billionaire playboy identity secret, hoping that she can get to know the real him and hopefully find his happily ever after. His computer match Regina has some secrets of her own that did not surprise me, nor did it surprise me what occurs when she finds out the truth about Chance. The premise behind the story is good, but some of the things that occur did not seem like they should belong. With a warning of hot, steamy sex scenes and the billionaire in the title, I was expecting a strong alpha and, well, hot and steamy sex. Neither of those are really in this book. If you do not like erotica, then you will LOVE this book. I don't want to spoil it too much, but the story does have a HEA even though the ending was a little wordy for me. I give the book 3 1/2 stars.**I was given an ARC for an honest review**

It was just okay for me. This was a first attempt for the author, so I have to give her some credit. It was a fantastic premise which is the reason for the third star. I like the way Chance goes in search of his bride and even the sort of shallow reason for wanting to be married in the first place. It fits right in with his character. I understood the reason Regina kept her son hidden from Chance, because I would probably react the same way. However, the author also kept her son hidden from the readers until late in the book. I didn't understand some of the tension between the characters. Once Chance fell in love (And let's face it...they all fall in love quickly in romance novels.), he turned into a sniveling weak man. I get that he was depressed about all of the things going on, but he had no backbone to stand up to Fiona and to go after his woman when he really wanted her. The writing was a little overboard.

This was a really good story; however, most people know you can't build a solid relationship on lies. I understand why Chance followed the advice of his assistant, but he should have know someone in her life was going to recognize him and she was going to find out. I am not only faulting Chance for telling lies, Regina omitted some truths as well. My only draw-back of this story was the formatting.

Computer LoveI enjoyed this book. The plot was well written. The way Chanse went about finding love was different for a billionaire. Love the way Regina put her son first-hand before anyone . Was glad that Chanse asked Oscar if he could ( Not gone to tell). Only bad thing I hated is the way the book ended, felt like it was rushed to end

I thought I liked this book to begin with but as it went on I wasn't so sure to use a woman just for sex when he knew how much she loved him seemed rather heartless. To a point there were all rather selfish. but I will try another of her books

Chance was a billionaire and a playboy but when his best friend got married he didn't want to be the third wheel. So he went about trying to find the perfect woman. Not very romantic but he knew nothing about love or being loved.
